Mary Messina I am a 52 year old male. I have worked at a physical job all of my life and my back is worn out. My MRI shows degeneration of L5 and L6. About five years ago I started having chronic back pain. I visited the chiropractor on a regular basis and took Ibruprophen. The pain would get so bad sometimes I couldn’t walk without resting every 50 feet. I tried going to rehab and doing yoga, that helped some but I still had to get adjusted a lot. Ed Bonsell Fort Washington Pa. From time to time we all count our blessings. Mine are truly exceptional having had the good fortune to meet Dr. Kahn and his associates. Thinking back to a year ago, I was totally unable to have a normal lifestyle. I was using two canes and needed help to take a few steps as I was in such excruciating pain with major back problem. Rather than having surgery, I opted to go the other route with Dr. Kahn. My treatment began in early December. By the beginning of February I was able to go off my medication for pain control. E.W. Dear Dr. Kahn: I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the friendly staff at Meditech for treating my back pain. I am a 21 year old university student and was diagnosed with acutely herniated lumber disk which was seen as “incurable” by many doctors before visiting your clinic. I was told that if the pain gets worse as I get older, a non guaranteed surgery was the one and only option. Prior to initiating the BioFlex low intensity laser therapy treatment, I was overwhelmed by various pain killers for 3 years. They never got to the source of the problem and only gave me temporary pain relief. As my body got used to the drugs, they started to have no effect.
